Why doesn’t WP have an actual support team??

What are we supposed to do when our topics get buried and the documentation doesn’t have answers? How do I actually get help?

You can see by the timestamps that it took eight hours for a reply. I hadn’t seen the reply because I have other things to do. No need to chide people on the internet. Thanks for the comment I guess.
