Why does't my actual site look like what I have customized it to look like?

  I have customized my site; changed the background color, font, etc… but when I refresh or reload my actual site after I have saved and published my customizations, it loads as the original layout not how I have customized it to look.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have the Premium Plan? You can preview customizations without it, but to make them permanent, you’d need to upgrade: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
