Hi Monica! Can you confirm that the email currently listed for you at Store → My Domains in your site’s Dashboard is correct? If so, I will launch another email containing your EPP code.
After you receive the code, please go to Store → My Domains and click Edit Domain. From the domain manager, select the Transfer Domain tab, then click Accept Transfer. This will initiate the transfer immediately.

Hi and thanks for your reply. The email is updated for both domains, but only got the code for one of them (monicaborges). When doing the transfer for this domain the email for the final approval was sent to my old email which is no longer in service. As per my other domain (cornishtradeco), the contact information has been updated several times and there have been several attempts to get the code but haven’t received the email. The active email account is the yahoo one.
