Why don't all my post images appear when published?

  I’ve just added a new post to my blog that I’d written in MS Word and then copied and pasted using the Word paste icon in the editor. None of the pictures that were in the Word document got copied, so I had to insert them one by one. Having added five images, when I save and publish the post I see only two of the five images. No matter how many times I try to update it and repost it, the problem remains, despite the fact that when I edit the post, all the images are there. Why is this happening?

  Copying and pasting images from Word won’t work, because the actual code behind your post needs to link to the image from the internet. You can add images to your post by following this guide:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/

  We also don’t recommend copying and pasting directly from Word because it can add some additional code to your posts, which sometimes causes layout problems:
