Why don't auto subscription charges appear in billing history?

Hello,
I administer a company website, and have charges billed to my personal credit card. I see on my statement that I’ve just been billed for Domain Upgrade (and will soon be billed for No Ads and Custom Design), but there isn’t actually an invoice associated with this transaction as far as I can see. Is there a way to generate one for my reimbursement purposes?

You can view, print, or email a receipt for any WordPress.com payments by logging into your WordPress.com site dashboard and going to Store–>Billing History. Once there, you can click on “view/print” and see the individual receipt. Additionally, when viewing the receipt, you can edit the “billed to” information. Roll your mouse cursor over the text in the “billed to” area and you will see it become outlined. Click once and you will be able to edit it to say whatever your record keeping requires.

My billing history back to 2009 is empty for this account. But I suspect this might be because these payments were set up when my husband was logged in to the site, so will ask him to look this evening.
