Why don't enhanced stats appear when making a new blog?

  Hi.
  I’m trying to figure out why I don’t have access to advanced stats information (e.g. Referrers, Countries) when I create new blog sites in my WP account. Should they not be seen by default since my other blog sites have these stats in this same WP account? I see a ‘Activate Your Stats Page’ section in my newest blog pages with no button or link to click on. Please help. Thanks.
