Why don't I have a Plugins directory on my WordPress Linen-theme blog?

  I wish to install the WP Simple Paypal shopping cart and can’t do it – I’ve looked at several tutorials but they all require me to have a Plugins button on my dashboard. What do I need to do to make this happen? Thanks Jane

  If you are trying to sell any of the products you feature, you will run afoul of the terms of service. Here at WP.com we are only allowed to sell things we, ourselves, create.
