Why don't I have a pluins tab?

  Hi I have a wordpress site (myyogurtaddiction.com) but I don’t know why I don’t have a plugins tab? Can someone please help me out? Thanks!

  Plugins are only on WordPress.ORG blogs. Here, we have WordPress.COM. Things like that are built-in here.

  What, specifically, did you want to accomplish? There’s usually a way to get it done without plugins here.
