Why don't I have an SEO directory on my dashboard?

  Good day,

  Why don’t I have an SEO directory on my dashboard? I want to install an SEO plugin, but I can’t due to the fact that I don’t have a directory for PLUGIN on my dashboard. Please help. Thanks.
