Why dont I have CSS Editor?

    I am using wordpress through my website host one.com. I am having a problem with the Nucleare Theme. I am getting a list of HTML tags at the bottom of the reply box when add a post. I have contacted the theme designer about this and they tell me to edit the css using the editor in the Appearance tab. I do not have an editor on the appearance tab. Is this because it is hosted through One.com. What can I do about it? Ally X

    This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. From what you describe, I think you have a self-hosted installation of WordPress. You’ll need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums.
