Why don't I have my plugins?

  I used to have plugins, and i can install new plugins when I need them. But right now my pluggins is gone.

  Unfortunately you can use your customs plugins on WordPress.com sites, if you need to install a custom plugin you have to use a WordPress.org self-hosted site. For more informations about the differences between WordPress.com e WordPress.org please check the link below:
