Why don’t I have ‘My Sites’ on my tool bar?

  Hello,

  I earlier asked how I could find a certain theme I was looking for in the public forum. I received the reply that I should open my WordPress.com account and click ‘My Sites in the upper right hand corner. However, my menu does not contain ‘My Sites.’ Why don’t I have a ‘My Sites’?
