  Why don’t I have the option of plug-in in my dashboard? I am the admin and also, I am at a beginner plan.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  you can not add your own plug-ins under at any plan. WordPress.com already contains nice bunch of plugins, listed here:
