Why Don't I have the option to install a new wordpress theme?

  My site is http://meetmeinvirginia.wordpress.com but I don’t have the option to install a theme I purchased on the site… help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Nothing to help – you can’t install third party themes at WordPress.COM – reliability, performance and security issues –

  You made a common error – ask for your money back

  So it has the be separately hosted for me to use a 3rd party theme?

  Correct you can’t be hosted on WordPress.COM – you would need to pick a host such as: http://wordpress.org/hosting/
