Why don't I have the plugin option?

  I don’t have the option for plug-ins. how can I get it?

  Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org, and are not available with hosted WordPress.com sites. For more information, please see http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/.

  If you require plugins, you will need to use a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. You can learn more about the differences here.
