Why don't I see a comment box associated with each post?

I have enabled comments but I don’t see a comment box with the posts. I would like readers and followers to write comments.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your front / home page (and archive and category pages) won’t show the comment boxes. Imagine you have hundreds of comments on each post. If those comments were all displayed on the front page, it would be difficult for readers to find your posts.
Click on the title of one post so it displays on a screen of its own and you’ll see a comment box. In your theme, the little black balloon shows the number of comments on the post and is clickable so readers can view and write comments.
Note that the comment box is shown at the bottom of each static page.
