Why don't my font colors change?

My font colors won’t change. I am selecting custom colors and they show up in the circles as bright colors but turn dark on the blog itself. This also happens when I try to select the premade palettes – the bright colors look dark. Please help.

After looking into your blog, I found that the colors were very bright, almost neon like as seen in the screenshot below:
Currently your colors are showing up as you set them in your Customizer. If you find that is not the case, can you try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
