Blog url: http://lindychambers.wordpress.com/ -

Home page the link image the gallery at round top and Act for artists. Yesterday
they worked, today they don’t Go Figure that! -
I’m not sure what you’re referring to, but both the links to the gallery and image links within the gallery work just fine.
-
ok, they don’t work on my computer, i emptied the cache, but as long as they work
I’m happy. The only one that worked was the holland st. gallery. -
-
-
They seem to be working just fine for me under Safari 5.1.
Just to be sure we’re referring to the same thing, do you mean the gallery links at the top of the page at http://lindychambers.wordpress.com/ and the image links within those galleries?
-
We are talking about the same thing, Just the three gallery image links, Holland st
works, the other two don’t -
Interesting, would you mind trying Chrome just to rule-out a browser-specific issue?
-
-
Hm, that’s very strange. I’m wondering if you wouldn’t mind trying another computer, just for the sake of curiosity.
-
-
Very odd, now I’m wondering why it works for me. I just checked a second computer on a different network, and again no trouble. :(
Just to be sure:
http://lindychambers.wordpress.com/ -> click “gallery 1” -> click an image -> image file loads for me, but not for you?
-
All the galleries work. The roundtop logo and the Act logo on the home
page do not work. Maybe i havn’t been clear. Gallery 1,2, and 3 work perfectly -
Then I’m glad I asked. :)
The images in question actually haven’t been linked. Edit the page and make sure you’re in the Visual editor tab, then click on the image. You’ll see two icons, a generic image icon to the left and a delete icon to the right. Click the generic image icon to the left to see the image option, then enter a link URL, click Update, then click the big blue Update button to save the post.

oh boy, I have done this at least a 100 times. exactly like you said above, for
reason it does not hold the url. I put in http://www.andsoon Why do youthink
it won’t hold the url -
Well, http://www.andsoon isn’t actually a link. There is a .com, .org, .net, etc that should go after it.
-
Macmanx, I guess i failed again to communicate! I did put the .com after the link
I just didn’t write it here the last time I wrote to you. I really want to thank you
for hanging in there with me. So I put http://www.thegalleryatroundtop.com/ and also
http://act4art.org/ in the link urls for each logo many times. The url won’t stay. and
then won’t link -
I think I found the problem here. You had the text linked as well, and that link tag was covering everything, including the pictures.
Please try again and let me know if it works out.
If it doesn’t, please let me know why link you need applied to which image.
