Why don't the advanced stats load on either of my blogs?

  Why don’t the advanced stats load on either of my blogs? All categories have this starlike thing circling, and nothing loads. It’s been going on for quite a while, so I hope you can resolve this issue.

  Yes, I am still having trouble but don’t want to mess with my system any more. Yesterday was a challenge, to be sure!

  Yes, Jeremy, that’s the page, and it doesn’t load here. I’ve tried all suggestions offered in the past from rebooting to clearing my cache to no avail. I also occasionally (actually presently) experience the same effect on my page (reader page?) where new posts should appear but the round “nutlike” thing makes its presence known instead. These are issues I’ve had since I began with wordpress. Have you noticed anyone using Mozilla having the same issues?

  That’s definitely strange! I haven’t heard any other reports of a similar occurrence with Mozilla, but that doesn’t mean it’s not happening. Can you try downloading another browser (Chrome for example) and see if the page loads there? That will help to determine if it’s a browser issue or something else.

  Just tried chrome and everything loaded perfectly. Guess it’s a Mozilla issue after all. Thanks for the suggestion.

  I tested this on my side in Firefox, and it’s loading correctly. It may be a setting in the Firefox browser that is preventing the stats page from loading correctly. Can you try uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox? That’s typically the easiest way to restore the default settings.

  Jeremey, I won’t delete and reload Firefox because it otherwise works well for me. Now that I know WordPress works better on Chrome, when I seek enhanced stats, I can log on from there.

  Thanks for your time. I’ve had too many software issues over the years, and my system is running smoothly with the exception of the advanced stats and reader page (on occasion). In this case, I will leave well enough alone!
