Why don't the changes I've made to my blog save?

  I’ve made some changes on my blog and when I open the CUSTOMIZE button it shows what I have done, but when i refresh my blog URL the changes are not there. I have saved the changes, that’s why it’s so strange that they don’t come up :/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
