Why don't the followers show in my new site stats?

  I moved my subsribers from my existing wordpress site mademoisellegourmande.wordpress.com to mademoisellegourmande.com like it’s explained in the support article. However, it doesn’t seem to have worked as they still do not show on the new site and it’s more than 24 h ago. Can you help me with this?

  Hi there,

  It looks like the migration process didn’t complete previously. I went ahead and took care of it and all of your subscribers have now been moved to your self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  Let me know if there’s anything else you needed!

  Perfect, thank you so much!
  I don’t really understand how the wordpress.com follower are treated now, as they have been moved as well.
  Previously, on wordpress.com they received an email, that won’t work on the new self-hosted site, right? So I’ll have to ask them to subscribe on the new website?

  Oh no, they’ll still get an email! All of their original subscription settings will still be honored just like always. Since you have used Jetpack, we manage them the exact same way. :)
