Why don't Twitter and Facebook share counts appear on my posts anymore?

  At the bottom of each post it used to say how many Facebook and Twitter shares there have been, but now those counts are gone. I’m sad about this. Can it be fixed?

  After looking into your blog, I found that they were still there as seen in this screenshot of the post:
