Why don't you allow a Google Friend Connect Widget?

  It seems that all of the other blog providers provide this as an option to their bloggers – even on free blogs. I know I don’t want to subscribe to all the blogs I like, so I can get 20 emails every day….but I do like to “like” through Google Friend Connect. I think this is an important tool, and it seems other wordpress users do to (from the search I did on this issue). I feel like I am at a disadvantage because this tool is not available to me. When should I expect this to be added as an option?

  You can also display a Facebook Like Box that connects visitors to your Facebook page. You can add this widget at Appearance → Widgets in your dashboard.
