Why don't you take automatic renewal?

I’ve updated my card so you can make an automatic renewal, but you haven’t done it and you’re still sending me emails asking me to pay but I can’t see where… Not on Purchases as you’ve suggested

You sent me an email that renewal was due, another to say my card needed renewing and to click here to renew. I renewed by card, clicked the WordPress link and got the purchasing page which only offered an upgrade – nothing to renew subscription. I’ve tried over and over. I only have one account – this one.

Is it a custom domain that you are trying to renew? Again, there is no history of purchases under the account you are contacting us from.
Can you provide me the email that we are sending messages to?
It will be redacted from the public and only I will be able to see it.

Hi there,
I looked into this email and the upgrade thethinkingwomanandme.com, and it is indeed under a different account than what you are contacting us from. The email address that received this email from us is not the same as the email associated with the thethinkingwomanandme account. If you can use that email to log into this other account, you’ll be able to see the upgrade and be able to update your credit card on file.
