Why e-mail and URL subscribers receive different blog posts

This might be an easy question for someone out there to answer. WordPress subscribers to my blog via e-mail receive it differently than people who enter the URL. Why is that and how do I make it so that everyone receives the blog the same way, which is with my custom “header”, double spaced, and not the e-mail version? Appreciate any help with this.

To my knowledge, WordPress.com only offers the “Follow” button, which you already have at http://misfit120.wordpress.com/
Please clarify what you mean by “people who enter the URL”? Enter the URL where?

When I publish a post I receive a e-mail copy of that post for some reason, and it does not appear with my blog header, so I’m assuming others may be receiving the e mail version as well. When I say URL I meant entering “misfit120.wordpress.com” and getting the blog with the custom header. I guess my question would be, why when I receive a notification of a post that I just published is it not in it’s original form and do other followers receive it that way.

I just checked my post for today in my e-mal; It’s from noreplywordpress and has my post but not with the blog header. In that blog I have a video link which is NOT highlighted so that a reader could click on it. So the only way a reader could click on that link would be to go to the title of the blog (in blue) click on it, and then receive the original version with the video link also highlighted

In regards to the videos, this is usual. Videos are not embedded (nor linked) on email subscriptions and as far as I know, it’s always been like that.

About the different aspect: I can see you asked the question to staff directly.

The [email redacted] part probably meant to say support at wordpress dot com.
