Why edges of <table> is not visible?

  In the some of themes edges of <table> not visible, with this will hidden part of texts or imagaes, why ??? is here solutions?

  looks like that is related with subtables ….
  < table ><table>< / table >< /table >

  single table shows properly

  <table>< / table >

  no there is problem not in subtables
  problem is appears when table is difficult (consists several columns and rows)

  why???
