why has a sub item appeared in the main menu? I can't find how to move it? While I'm here,

  Why has a sub item appeared in the main menu? I can’t find how to move it?

  While I’m here, how do I make all the sub items show when I hover over the title, ie over Hip Op Diaries?

  Thank you so much for your time. I’ve just spent an unhappy half hour trying to solve this!
