Why has a TAG inserted itself into the URL of a PAGE?

Why is a tag inserted into the url of a page?Something odd goes on in the WordPress database. A TAG has inserted itself into the URL of a PAGE! The URL should not have a tag in the middle! The TAG here is the word “communism”. Why is this happening? How can it be fixed, thank you.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this happen. It happened when I downloaded XML from this site above at wordpress.com, in order to back it up inside my localhost.
When I reuploaded the XML saved from wordpress.com, a TAG was inserted into the URL of yet another page, and page had thus become corrupted, leading to an Error 404.
I had to re-do the page from scratch to get the tag out. Now, I see that the same thing is still happening here at wordpress.com — there’s yet another TAG inserted into a URL where it does not belong.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s a sub-page of https://nosnowinmoscow.wordpress.com/communism/. You made it a sub page when you created it. It’s not a tag page, it’s not a tag.

Hi. Thank you. This is very weird. I didn’t know it could be done, so I can’t imagine what I did to cause this. I will keep an eye out for it. Thank you!

YOu’re welcome. You should be able to edit that if you use the Classic Editor and look on the right-hand side of the page for the “parent page” bit.
