Why has it now become difficult to comment or like the posts of other bloggers.

Sometimes the like button is not available (still loading). Sometimes I am not allowed to comment (I get an error massage). Sometimes I cannot open a post in ‘Reader’. Sometimes I am told that my comment has been sent to ‘spam’, by a blogger that I have followed for many months.
These issues are intermittent, but they are making blogging a nightmare for me. Can someone please sort it out before I am forced to give up blogging or move to another blogging platform.
I know that I am not alone with these problems, which I think have been getting worse over the last couple of weeks.
Can someone please sort the problem out, and/or at least tell me (and the rest of the blogging community) what is going on and what investigations are being made.

I did read the sticky post and did email support@akismet.com several days ago. No reply/response.
Also on July 17, tellyworth stated that he believed that the issue had been fixed. It hasn’t.
Where do we go from here?

We wait until Staff have an update to post and when they do post it then we act on the information they provide at that time.

Thanks. I guess that I need to wait patiently, which I am doing. It is just a little disconcerting to see staff comments stating that they believe the issue has been fixed. Thanks again.
