why has my blog been blocked?

I was just updating my blog posts from private to public now that I am happy with the look and I have been told the blog is now blocked and I have no idea why – it’s a personal blog talking about my travels!! Any ideas, and how do I fix it??

According to the block page, it may have been in violation of a Terms of Service (http://en.wordpress.com/tos/)
After you review the terms and you still have questions, you may want to submit a support ticket to explore further options. -
I’m sorry but we Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff.
You have a warning notice with a link in it — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). There’s also a contact form you can use to reach them at the bottom of this page http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
If you have already contacted Staff, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing ToS issues on the public forums.
