why has my blog been removed?

  My blog has been removed!

  I didn’t remove it.

  I am currently involved in a legal dispute with a third party, who have subpoenaed WordPress to provide information about me and my non-profit organization. However, the subpoena only covers the disclosure of information that WordPress has, and does not include a takedown notice or the removal of any material/content that we have published.

  Please tell me if WordPress has removed my blog and why. I request that it be put back immediately as we have filed a motion to the Southern District New York Court to quash the subpoena, and the legal case is ongoing.

  We are being aggressively persecuted and harassed by this third party, both legally and illegally, through threats, intimidation, violence and the hacking of our private email accounts and websites.
