Why has my blog disappeared from the internet?
-
Earlier this year i was able to view my blog fine.
I wanted to add another post this month, but when i looked for my blog, only a cached copy existed on Google, dated 1 July.
Results are still listed for it on Bing – as they were on Google – but, as with Google, the site doesn’t come up.
I have it linked to an org domain, but even when i enter the WordPress domain, nothing appears.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Did you purchase a domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com? If so did your domain mapping upgrade expire? http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/
-
Yes, i did purchase a domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com, but my Domains page tells me my subscription doesn’t expire until 30 August.
-
Did you purchase the domain name from somewhere else and then purchase domain mapping from WordPress.com to map an existing domain?

four-domains.org is only mapped here, not registered through us.
It looks like your domain registration has expired, so I recommend contacting your registrar ASAP.
-
thanks macmanx, you’re right, i did purchase the domain elsewhere.
apologies to timethief and you for giving the wrong information earlier – i simply forgot that while i mapped with you, i didn’t also register with you.

oh, now that my domain has expired, can i transfer it to wordpress?
do wordpress domains have domain privacy?
