Why has my custom design upgrade disappeared?

  We received an email from you to say that our custom design upgrade would auto-renew, and we didn’t need to do anything about it. However, this clearly hasn’t happened as we’ve lost all of the Custom CSS we had added to our blog. WE renewed the domain manually, as the separate email you sent for this said you needed new card details, however based on the email regarding the custom design we assumed we didn’t need to do anything to renew the CSS as it must have been on a newer card.

  Can we get our custom design back? This is the blog of a live charity campaign, so we’d appreciate a speedy response.

  Hi there, sorry about this. It looks like you have several admin users who own different upgrades on the account, perhaps that’s how it happened that the Custom Design upgrade expired because it was not renewed on time. I see that one of your admin users was able to purchase the Custom Design upgrade on October 30th, and your Custom CSS is back. Please let me know if you need any further assistance!
