Why has my domain mapping been canceled??

    I recently upgraded to premium but decided that it wasn’t for me. I wanted to revert back to my previous position where I was just paying to map my domain. why has everything now been canceled?

    Hi there,

    Domain mapping is not available as an individual upgrade now. To map your domain to the site on WordPress.com, you need to have a paid plan.

    A modlook tag has been added for staff assistance. Thank you for your patience.

    Hi there,

    I see that you have already deleted your WordPress.com account and that your domain is no longer pointing at WordPress.com but rather at Squarespace.

    If you want to restore your domain mapping with us please reply to the account closure email we have already sent you.
