Why has my domain not transferred correctly from go daddy to wordpress?

  I have followed the stages required, as detailed by your guides. Including ensuring the name servers on Go daddy point to wordpress, I have unlocked the domain but yet it still isn’t working properly. Domain is- outsidebeautyinsidehealth.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy,

  In checking your site on the public WHOIS database, it appears to still point to GoDaddy’s servers: http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?domain=outsidebeautyinsidehealth.com&prog_id=GoDaddy Notice the lines at the bottom that say

  Name Server: NS47.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
  Name Server: NS48.DOMAINCONTROL.COM

  You’ll need to change those to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, and ns3.wordpress.com. GoDaddy’s instructions on how to do this can be found at http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/664/setting-nameservers-for-your-domain-names

  Domain names are super complicated! Don’t be so hard on yourself :-) It’s obvious really, really technical people set up the system without expecting normal folks would ever use it.
