Why has my guided transfer not started?

  I recently purchased a guided transfer to move my site to bluehost, where I already have an account. However, it’s been three days and I still haven’t received any e-mails from wordpress indicating that the transfer is taking place (I’ve checked my spam folder several times as well). I have already been billed by wordpress for the purchase. Please advise.
