Why has my import been processing for a week?

  I have been importing my old xanga files onto wordpress. I have five files in total. The first two files imported smoothly. However, the third file has been “processing” for the past week… How come it is still not processed? Is there any way to stop the “processing” and re-import the file?

  Sometimes the importer hangs up – I have flagged this for the staff to reset if for you

  Hello,

  The job did indeed get stuck importing. I have deleted the failed job. Please try the import again and let us know if you have problems.
