Why has my Premium account been deactivated?

  I used to have access to premium themes, because I had paid for premium. Why has my account reverted back to basic?

  You purchased a WordPress.com Premium plan on July 17, 2021. On July 21, 2021 you requested a cancellation and refund for this plan through your purchases page.

  Since your plan was cancelled and refunded, you no longer have access to the features included in that plan – including premium themes. You can see the full feature list here:
