Why has my premium package not been processed?

  I paid for your premium package and selected a .com domain. However, the payment does not show on billing history and the address is being shown as beinglydiadotcom.wordpress.com. Please advise how this can be fixed. I have the Paypal receipt for my payment.

  And what was the custom domain you wanted and did you verify it was available?

  I wanted beinglydia.com and yes, I did verify it was available.
