Why has my typed blog all been saved and shown in capital letters?

  I am trying to find a simple way to rectify my blog been shown all in capital letters despite it being typed by me in lower case with the exception of capital letters in their rightful place, Please help!

  Hi there!

  Your post’s text is set to Heading 3 and that heading is made to be bold/capitalized as it is meant to be a heading, not the whole paragraph’s text.

  To switch it, highlight the text and change it to Paragraph. See the area numbered with a 2 here for help finding where to do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-1
