Why has my WP Reader assumed a mind of its own?

  My Reader has been hijacked. It’s overflowing with Posts having the tag or keyword “Running” or “Runner.” And none of my selected blogs are updating in Reader. This all just started a couple of hours ago. I’m browsing with IE10 and I’ve cleared cache and cookies. Still a problem.

  That’s really strange! I wasn’t able to reproduce the problem; are you still seeing Running/Runner articles in your Reader? If so, would you mind making a screenshot (including the URL part of the browser window) so we can see what you’re seeing? Instructions on making a screenshot are located here:

  Did some further troubleshooting myself over the weekend. Turns out that I elected to follow one blogger who feels compelled to repost the posts of many he follows. Once I deleted him as a follower, it all cleared up. Rhetorical question: Why do bloogers feel the need to do this? Exposure/visibility?
