Why has the appearance of my blog changed?

  In the last hour I edited my latest post. I removed an image and replaced it with another. Now the appearance of my blog has changed. The latest post has no calendar,blogroll,recent comments etc alongside the post. The post before which is also viewable has spread across the entire page instead of being confined to the middle, and all the blogroll, etc bits that are in the sidebar are at the bottom, so invisible unless you scroll right down to the end of the blog. It’s elegant grunge.
