Why has the drafts button been removed from Posts menus?

    This is a general inquiry about the Drafts button in posts. It is the main button I visit. But on my independent WordPress blog the “Drafts” button has been completely removed as an option on the front page of the dashboard – and in both the WordPress.com site and in my free standing blog it’s been removed from the side menu. Why? Can I have it back, please? It’s the single space I visit the most.

    We cannot help you here with that site. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
