Why has WordPress stopped automatically sharing to Facebook?

  WordPress has stopped automatically sharing to Facebook. It was fine a few days ago. Now, although it is OK if I post a manual link to Facebook, it is no longer sharing it automatically. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, removing the WordPress App from Facebook and putting it back, and debugging. If I post from my phone, which allows me to use the old format for a new post, it displays on Facebook automatically. However, if I post from my computer, which no longer lets me use the old format and says that I have to use the new one (the one which says “beep beep boop”), it doesn’t share it. This is really causing me a problem. Any help gratefully appreciated! Thanks.

  Brilliant, thank you!!

  It works fine doing that on the computer, so it’s obviously a problem with the new editor.

  To summarise for other “technologically challenged” people like my good self :-):

  1. Go to my site.
  2. Go to WP admin.
  3. Click on posts.
  4. Click on add new.
