why has wordpress they way you contact them

    I’m really getting tired of wordpress suspending my blog all the time, and I’m tired of trying to pull out magic tricks out of a hat in trying to contact them in regards to finding out why wordpress keeps spending my blog. Why can’t you email or call them ?

    I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. If you have a warning notice on with a link in it — please click that link. That link works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).

    If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

    Staff provide support for over 25 million. They deal with support tickets by addressing those with the earliest date first. If you contact them repeatedly then the date simply moves forward in time and it takes longer to get an answer.
