    Hi there,

    Those transaction references you posted in the public forum can be used by anyone who has them to access your account, so I’ve removed them from this thread and the other thread you created.

    On 14 March 2017 you purchased a personal plan and domain on WordPress.com. In order to purchase the plan you would have had to 1) enter your credit card details into a form and 2) click a button saying that you’re buying an upgrade and that you’re accepting our terms.

    There is no way we would have been able to charge you if you hadn’t provided us your credit card details on the checkout form.

    After making this purchase you were emailed a receipt. You can also view the receipt here:

    Shortly after buying the upgrade, you cancelled it again, and you have been issued a full refund. Those are the other receipts showing in your billing history.

    You were only charged once from what I can see. Note that the three transaction codes you gave are identical, meaning they refer to the same transaction. If you see multiple entries on your credit card statement, please follow up with your bank about that, as it might be an error on their end.
