Why hasn't my domain renewal gone through.

  Over the last few days I’ve tried to renew my domain twice but it hasn’t gone through. The money has gone out of my PayPal account – twice – but my account says the domain still needs to be renewed.

  It’s fixed now, and it seems you renewed twice so your domain doesn’t expire until 2013-08-20. Please let me know if you want to shorten the expiration date or keep it this way. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  Thanks. No problem. I’m happy to renew the domain for two years.

  Any idea how and why it happened?

  In the log it says both times went through so that’s why it doesn’t expire until 2013. Sorry for the trouble!
