Why have advertisements suddenly appeared on my blog? I didn’t authorize any ads. How do I get rid of them?

No one warned me about ads. I don’t see uninvited ads on blogspot. Having ads for athletic wear on a blog about modal logic is a bummer. Do my readers think I’m trying to make money off my blog? No offense, but it’s a good reason to migrate to another service.

Actually we’ve had ads show up since 2006. I do understand your concerns about the types of ads being shown, but keep in mind that only a truly small percentage of users in very specific cases see them.
