Why have all my pics and paras been grouped together?
-
Hi all, simple question. I made my first blog out of a combination of paragraphs and pictures then published it.
When i logged on again to edit the stream of stuff it was fine.
Now I’ve logged on and all the paragraphs and pictures have been grouped into one block, so i can’t add a new image halfway through. When i go to the three dots in the top right corner and try to ungroup i only have the option to group.
What hell is this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
I’m not seeing any paragraphs or images grouped together, they seem to be individual blocks.
Can you talk me through where you’re ungrouping these please?

Hi there,
To clarify what you are seeing, your homepage is set up using the “Query Loop” block, which is a block that automatically displays posts from your blog. You can see that by checking out the list view for the page. Video at this link.
To edit the post itself (where that content is being pulled into your homepage from) you can choose it from the list of posts you have here: https://wordpress.com/posts/
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Hi again,
I forgot to add that if you wish the blog post feed displayed on your homepage can be customized to change the format your posts are displayed in. You can see an example of this in action by checking out this recording of our recent webinar on Custom Blog Pages here: https://youtu.be/owHhtlkVvTg
Also, digging the classic Tricky reference there. m/
