Why have I not had the help I requested?

    I have not had a reply to my last few (multiple) emails. Is there anyone there?
    GoDaddy have my domains davidmcox.co.uk and davidmcox.co paid for emails – david@ and agreynard@ and sir@. GoDaddy gave me a list of modifications to apply to WordPress because you are the hosting company. I contacted you and had a reply from Chris which I did not understand. I have asked for clarification, or, that you could apply the modifications yourselves but I have not had the courtesy of a reply. If you cannot sort this out today I will have no alternative but to cancel my WordPress membership.
